These terms govern the use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, or by using this website, you accept them in full. Please read them before buying, and in particular sections 7 to 11, which limit our liability and set out your responsibilities.

1. Who we are

This store sells accessories, toys and everyday products for cats and the people who look after them. The registered details of the operator of the store appear on the invoice issued with every order. You can reach us at any time at Nekonekostore01@gmail.com.

2. Use of the site

You may browse and buy from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or reuse its content, images or texts without written permission, nor attempt to interfere with its operation, availability or security.

You must be of the legal age required to enter into a binding contract in your country in order to place an order. If you are under that age, you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

3. Products, photographs and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs and renderings are illustrative: colours may vary depending on your screen, and dimensions and weights may carry normal manufacturing tolerances. Accessories shown alongside a product for scale or styling are not included unless the description says so.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment is confirmed. Import duties or customs charges, where they apply, are described in our Shipping Policy.

We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been accepted. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch, and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be authorised, where the delivery address is one we cannot serve, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Safe use of our products — please read

Our products are accessories and toys for animals. They are not veterinary devices, not medical products, not safety equipment and not childcare items. Nothing on this site is veterinary, medical or behavioural advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your particular animal, home and circumstances, and for using it safely. In particular:

• Supervise your pet when introducing any new item, and check it regularly for wear, loose parts or damage. Stop using anything that has become damaged.
• Wands, teasers, strings, cords, feathers and small parts can be swallowed or cause entanglement or choking. Put them away after play and never leave an animal alone with them.
• Keep small parts away from children and infants. These are not children's toys and are not tested to children's toy standards.
• Electrical, rechargeable and battery-powered items must be used and charged following the instructions supplied, kept away from water unless stated otherwise, and never left charging unattended.
• Laser toys must never be pointed at the eyes of a person or an animal.
• Treats, grass and edible products should be introduced gradually. Check the ingredients against any allergy, condition or diet your animal has, and consult a veterinarian first if you are unsure.
• Beds, scratchers, tunnels, carriers and furniture must be placed on a stable surface, within the weight and size limits stated, and are not climbing frames, restraints or transport safety devices.
• Grooming, bathing and pest-control items must be used gently and as instructed. Stop immediately if the animal shows distress or a reaction, and consult a veterinarian.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for how our products are used, misused, modified or combined with other items after they have been delivered to you, nor for any consequence of ignoring the instructions, warnings or age and weight limits supplied with them.

8. No guarantee of results

Animals are individuals. We cannot and do not promise that any product will suit your animal, that it will be used, liked, tolerated or effective, or that it will change any behaviour, habit or condition. Reviews, photographs and testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same outcome.

Except for the guarantees that mandatory law gives you as a consumer, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products are supplied without any further warranty, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, nor for loss of profit, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or veterinary, medical, cleaning, repair or replacement costs arising from the use of a product;
• we are not liable for damage to property, furniture, flooring or belongings caused by a product or by an animal using it;
• we are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including transport and customs delays, supplier failures, extreme weather, strikes, outages or acts of government.

10. Your responsibility to us

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold us harmless from any claim, loss or cost brought by a third party and arising from your misuse of a product, from your failure to follow the instructions or warnings supplied with it, from your breach of these terms, or from content you submit to this site.

11. Content you send us

If you send us photographs, videos, reviews or comments — for example a photograph of your cat — you confirm that the content is yours, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or privacy. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish and display that content on this site and on our social media channels in connection with the store, with attribution to the name you provide.

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may decline, edit for length, or remove any submission at any time and without explanation. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by writing to Nekonekostore01@gmail.com. We do not publish content that identifies a child, and we do not accept content showing an animal in distress.

12. Third-party links

This site may link to other websites and social media platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. If part of these terms cannot be applied

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force, and that provision will be applied to the greatest extent that the law allows.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the store is established, as stated on your invoice. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
