These terms govern the use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before buying.
1. Who we are
This store sells products for cats and their owners online. The registered details of the operator appear on the invoice issued with every order. You can reach us at any time at gluvynsolutions@gmail.com.
2. Use of the site
You may browse and buy from this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content, images or texts without written permission, nor attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your country in order to place an order.
3. Products, photographs and availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative: colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements may carry small manufacturing tolerances.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment is confirmed.
We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been accepted. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch, and you may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Product use
Our products are accessories for animals, not veterinary devices. Supervise your pet when introducing any new item, follow the instructions supplied, and consult a veterinarian on anything concerning the health of your animal.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, nor any right granted to you as a consumer by mandatory law. Beyond that, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the store is established, as stated on your invoice. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
